Die Kunstfigur „Heidi“ wurde von der Künstlerin Piroska Szönye zu neuem leben erweckt und ist nun erwachsen geworden. Vom Zeitgeist beseelt wird die Geschichte vom Heidi weitergeführt. Die Philosophie ist aus wenig etwas zu machen, was die Menschen berührt. Es ist ein einzigartig handgefertigtes BuchKunstwerk entstanden, welches den Eindruck vermittelt, als hielte man Heidi‘s eigenhändig geführtes Kochtagebuch in den Händen. Jedes Exemplar aus der Auflage von 4444 Stück ist ein Unikat.

Die Einfachheit der Rezepte spiegelt sich wieder in der Machart des Koch-KunstPhilosophiePoesieBuches. Da stehen Käse-, Butter-, Brot- und Fleischrezepte auf Käse-, Butter-, Brot- und Fleischpapier und zahlreiche spannende Inlays zeigen kunsthandwerkliches Geschick. Nebst der digitalen Arbeit am Computer wurde viel Analog, experimentell und künstlerisch gearbeitet (Sirupschriften, Pasta-Titel, Leteraset, Stempel, Handgeschrieben etc.).

Entstanden ist das Projekt auch dank der Hilfe des „Time & Friendship-Founding“ viele Menschen, Starköche und auch nahmhafte Schweizer Firmen wie Victorinox, Kuhn Rikon, Ricola und viele, viele mehr haben dieses ausserordentliche Projekt mit Sponsoring, Rezepten, Material und Handarbeit unterstützt.

The fictional Swiss girl Heidi has been revived by artist Piroska Szönye and now, as a grown-up, her story is being continued nostalgically.

The basic concept is to turn little into a lot and to touch people on an emotional level. The result is an unique handmade piece of art in shape of a book which gives you the impression of holding Heidi’s own handwritten recipe book in your hands. Each of the manufactured 4444 copies are unique.

The simplicity of the recipes is reflected by the design of the KochKunstPhilosophiePoesieBuch (literally CookingArtPhilosophyPoetrybook).
Several recipes containing cheese, butter, bread and meat are written onto food wrapping paper and numerous inlays attest to artisan skills. The book has been compiled not only digitally, but also by hand and with experimental methods (i.e syrup scripture, pasta titles, stamps and stencils, letterset, handwriting etc.).

The project has been realised successfully thanks to the Time & Friendship Founding and many appreciated people, renowned chefs and prestigious Swiss companies such as Victorinox, Kuhn Rikon and Rucola who have supported this project with sponsorship, recipes, materials and handicraft.

This book motivates and inspires.
